Mobility as a Service: Progress and new insights from an Australian trial

On 1 May 2020 iMOVE Australia ran a webinar, called ‘Transport of Tomorrow online: Mobility as a Service progress and new insights from an Australian trial’. The webinar was based on a progress report on our MaaS trial in Sydney project. It was facilitated by Kate Mackay of Mott Macdonald, and featured the leader of the MaaS trial, IAG’s Sam Lorimer, and research lead on the project, Professor David Hensher.

At the top of this page we’ve embedded the video of the webinar, which runs for just a tick under an hour. In it you’ll hear:

  • Background on the project, including why IAG chose to lead the project
  • What transport modes and subscription models were made available to trial participants
  • The number of participants, and how they were recruited
  • Research analysis of the trial to date
  • What MaaS app used

All of that, and more. Just scroll to the top of this page, and click the play button. We hope you enjoy the insights and information in what was an engaging webinar.

The Q&A

There were quite a few questions from webinar participants in the Q&A section of the webinar, only a couple of which were answered in the video.
